SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 5 - 7 business days excluding weekends and Holidays. We currently ship through USPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Order confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your order is placed. Tracking information will also be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped from our facility. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Bandito Custom Clothing LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Bandito Custom Clothing LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Since we are a global brand we do ship internationally. Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The customer is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

RETURN POLICY

At this time we do not offer returns on online products.
